The Story of How We Got Started: Kristen and I first met while working on a food truck at the 2012 Austin SXSW Festival. As fate would have it, we soon realized we were both attending the same culinary school. Although we were immediately smitten with each other, it wasn't until I had the chance to taste Kristen's cooking that I knew she was the one. Food brought us together, and we would often spend our evenings cooking together, accompanied by a bottle of wine and the soulful sounds of John Legend. It was during these intimate dinner sessions that I shared my passion for Thai cuisine and my dream of opening a Thai-inspired food truck. You could say it was love at first bite!
